and confirmed by our distributors (there are only 3 in Montreal). Bottom line
is, if the anime is legally domesticated for the last 7 years (even the
complete Robotech series) we have it! We also build model and garage kits for
our busy customers. We give rebates to anime clubs affiliated with us (Anime
Central and Otaku Club). (LT)

Description: We've just opened a specialized Cult Video Store in
Montreal. We probably have the largest selection of anime (French and English
or English sub.) in the west of Montreal. Also, we carry a large selection of
original Japanese posters of any kind of movies but we also have a fair
selection in the anime field (including the Miyazaki stuff, all the Lupin III
and more...) We even received the poster for the new live-action version of
Perfect Blue. We have a good selection of original Japanese soundtracks (no
Chinese bootlegs) and even some anime action figures imported from Japan
(Spirited Away, Lupin III, Astro, Lady Oscar, Albator, Jin-Roh, Calimero...) As
a plus we have more than 1000 horror films and over 450 Asian movies. We carry
about 4000-4500 titles for rent; 1000 are on DVD.
We do shipping... you can ask questions or order via internet at
info@sukubus.com. We have new releases every week or two in every field
(horror/SF/anime/Hong Kong). For Christmas we are going to carry about 50 - 100
DVD titles exclusive to SUKUBUS... rare imports.
Membership for rentals is $10 + tax (it includes 2 rentals). All the rentals are
for 3 days at our store, they cost $4 + tax.
Just to mention that after Christmas we probably are going to be the number 1 in
Montreal for the selection of Asian films. We already have the largest
selection of Horror and Sci-Fi in Quebec! (MS - November 4, 2002)
